Hydraulic Dredging Ph: 800-638-4937

The older, conventional extraction method is hydraulic dredging, where solids must be disturbed underwater and mixed with substantial amounts of water to form a slurry which can be pumped from the dredge to land. This excess water - sometimes on the order of 90% of the volume brought to shore - must be contained, treated and dewatered, in most cases, before final disposal.

By moving more solids than water, Lake Services projects can be more efficient, timely and reliable.
